COVID - 19


  • We have hand sanitiser on arrival and will ask people to clean their hands and their phone.


  • We have increased space between workstations.

  • Will be maintaining regular and thorough cleaning of touch points such as door handles, light switches, bathroom facilities and card machines etc.

  • Will have ventilation where possible.

  • Consent forms will now be online for customers to complete before arrival on the day of their appointment to negate hard copies.

  • Aftercare will also now be available for download on our website to negate hard copies.

  • A detailed COVID -19 Risk Assessment has been undertaken.

  • PPE has be increased inline with government guidelines.


  • Staff have been briefed on extended hygiene protocols and received additional COVID - 19 specfic training as per our Risk Assessment.


  • Staff are already highly trained in cross-contamination, sterilisation and infection control however all staff have received the most up to date World Health Organisation training on

  • Our staff have been told to stay home if showing any COVID-19 symptoms.


  • There will also be changes to services including the following;

- Appointments will be booked in advance where possible

- Artists may still wear masks


  • Please book an appointment in advance to avoid disappointment.

  • You may still be required to wear a face covering if requested by your artist. Some of us have vulnerable family members for whom we would like to reduce the risk of catching COVID. If you forget your mask they will be charged at £1. If you are unsure if you will be asked to wear a mask for your appointment please call the studio and we can let you know in advance.


  • You may want to bring headphones as you will be asked not to listen to videos without them.

  • Please shower before attending your appointment and ensure your clothes are fresh on that day.

  • You must use hand sanitiser provided immediately upon entering and clean your phone.

  • Please bring as little with you as possible and only place items in the area specified. You may be required to sanitise other items i.e. headphones.

  • Please respect social distancing whilst in the studio and follow your artists instructions.


  • We recommend washing the clothes you wore during the session directly after returning home at 40°C - 60°C.

Please note that we understand there may be some exceptions to the above and will try to accommodate our customers who have specific needs i.e. those who are hard of hearing or may require additional assistance during their appointment.
