Please note that shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and the shipping destination, therefore can vary. The prices quoted above show a minimum delivery charge.

Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after the order date. Please allow some extra time for order processing during busier times of the year or during sale events.

Thanks to the global pandemic and high volume, we're hearing about delays from all of our carriers, including updates to their online tracking.

Please allow a little longer than normal for your tracking to update and/or your parcel to arrive.  If your tracking shows no update for more than one week or your parcel is taking just too long to get to you then you can reach out directly to the carrier or let us know here and we can get in touch with them to figure out what’s happening.
